Group 2: pg 61-64

Group 3: pg 66-68

Group 4: pg 72-74

Group 5: pg 36 & 75

Group 6: pg 90- top of 93 & then mid page 94

• In small groups, read your assigned pages.

• Discuss which lenses can be applied to key quotes or passages in the assigned section.
• Your group will shares key quotes or passages with class and presents your ‘findings’ of the close read.

Synthesis

• Take two “separate” pieces of evidence (from different pages) and come up with the larger SO WHAT or thematic message that is being presented here.
