THE WHITE TIGER by Ararind Adiga
- Collect your novel (write your name in pencil in the cover)
- Note taking: Lens Tracking Chart (in drop)
As we read the first 5 pages think about:
- What is the tone?
- What are your impressions of Balram as a person and narrator?
- What is the joke?
Work time: Begin to track lenses in pg. 1-36 -- I will be checking to see you've done MORE than just read.
HWK: Read pg. 1-36 and fill in at least TWO examples for each lens as you read. A Day students might want to read ahead because you will need to read to page 95 by Friday.
